ORIENTATION FOR NEW STUDENTS. PROGRAM OF EVENTS
> Monday 4th Sept: return of students

Tue - Fri :5th to 8th Sept. Orientation proper
ACTIVITIES 1: daily summary
1) 6am:rising
2) 7am: Morning prayers/Holy mass (celebration of mass will start on fri)
3) 8am: morning function/breakfast
4) 9am: first conference
5) 12pm: break /afternoon prayers/lunch/siesta
6) 3pm: second conference
7) 6pm: evening rosary/supper
8) 9pm: lights out
ACTIVITIES 2: day by day program
1) Monday evening before supper:welcome note by the 1st auxi
2) Tue conference to be moderated by 1st auxi/ Obiekwe J. (introduction/learning of our handbook)
3) Wed conf to be moderated by VP Admin/snr hostel master
4) Thur conf to be moderated by Obiekwe Justice etc.. (learning of handbook continues)
5) Fri conf to be moderated by Principal/VP Acadmics …..
6) The following should always be around during every activity: all the auxiliaries and snr prefect.
ACTIVITIES 3: areas to be discussed
1) General knowledge and welcome note
2) Brief history of SPACO EMENE. Our “ students handbook”
3) Boarding system. No pain No gain.
4) Administration in secondary school. The organigram.
5) Academic programs. Subjects offered
6) Refectory conduct/etiquette
7) Home away from home. I am ready to take care of myself
8) Morality and spirituality: The Holy Mass/spiritual activities
9) Bad friends corrupt good morals
10) Know your environment
11) The divine formula:LOVE(loving) > LEARN (learning)> KNOW(knowledge)
12) Clarification/question and answer session
13) Commissioning…….
